CHAMPAIGN, Ill. – Five former Fighting Illini are in action this week on the PGA Tour, DP World Tour, and Korn Ferry Tour.

PGA TOUR

Adrien Dumont de Chassart, fresh off his second straight made cut and a 69th-place finish at The American Express, is back on the course this week at the Farmers Insurance Open at famed Torrey Pines in San Diego, California.

Dumont de Chassart reached as high as No. 147 on the Official World Golf Rankings during his run to secure his PGA TOUR card down the stretch in last year's Korn Ferry Tour schedule. He is at 152 this week heading into action at Torrey Pines.

In 2024, Dumont de Chassart. Finished 75th ta the Famers Insurance Open, the first made cut of his rookie season on the PGA TOUR.  

DP WORLD TOUR

Thomas Detry is gearing up for his first season with LIV Golf's 4Aces Golf Club – alongside former Illini and fellow Belgian Thomas Pieters – by competing in his second straight DP World Tour event.

Coming off a 14th-place finish at the Hero Dubai Desert Classic, Detry is slated to tee off this week at the Bapco Energies Bahrain Championship at Royal Golf Club in Bahrain.

Detry has posted back-to-back top-15 finishes on the DP World Tour going back to his T6 finish last month at the Nedbank Golf Challenge in Sun City, South Africa.

Detry is slated to make his 4Aces debut next week when LIV tees off the 2026 season in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

KORN FERRY TOUR

For the third straight event to open the 2026 Korn Ferry Tour season, a trio of former Illini – Jackson Buchanan, Michael Feagles, and Nick Hardy –  will tee off together at The Panama Championship at the Golf Club of Panama in Panama City.

Each is looking for their third straight made cut to open the year after two strong showings in The Bamas.

Feagles posted finishes of T22 and T44 at The Bahamas Golf Classic at Atlantis Paradise Resort and The Bahamas Great Abaco Classic at The Abaco Club, respectively. Hardy and Buchanan each tied for 33rd in the opening event. Hardy then posted a T41 while Buchanan tied for 65th to close out the two-event swing through The Bahamas.
