CHAMPAIGN, Ill. – Six former Fighting Illini are in action this week across the PGA Tour, DP World Tour, and Korn Ferry Tour.
PGA TOUR
The second event of the 2026 PGA TOUR schedule tees off this week in La Quinta, Calif., at The American Express where both Brian Campbell and Adrien Dumont de Chassart will be in the field.
Last week at the Sony Open in Hawai'i, Dumont de Chassart held a share of the lead after two rounds and finished 7-under to secure a T24 finish.
DP WORLD TOUR
Thomas Detry tees off for the first time in 2026, competing in the Hero Dubai Desert Classic at Emirates Golf Club in Dubai, UAE.
Detry, currently ranked No. 61 on the Official Wold Golf Rankings, officially opened his 2026 DP World Tour slate with a T6 finish last month at the Nedbank Golf Challenge in honor of Gary Player in South Africa.
Last week, it was announced that Detry is slated to join fellow Belgian and former Illini Thomas Pieters with 4Aces Golf Club on the LIV Golf tour.
KORN FERRY TOUR
Michael Feagles, Nick Hardy and Jackson Buchanan have all made the cut at The Bahamas Great Abaco Classic, the second event of the Korn Ferry Tour season being contested in The Bahamas.
Last week, The Bahamas Golf Classic at Atlantis Paradise Island, Feagles posted a T22 finish at 18-under, while Hardy and Buchanan each shot 16-under to tie for 33rd.
