Education:
Grindley is a 2026 graduate of the University of Illinois, where he earned his bachelor's degree in information science.
Responsibilities:
In the role of IT and AV event specialist, Grindley collaborates with the help desk to find technology issue solutions through the IT ticket system. He is also involved with imaging new devices and creating new setups while assisting in general computer support. Additionally, Grindley is present at Illinois Athletics home event to support sports tech and statistics operations.
Past Experience:
Grindley interned with the Urbana School District in the IT department from 2023-26 where he imaged devices and served the IT team as a tier 1 support. Also assisted with their networking cable running as well as IP camera system installation.
Personal:
A native of St. Joseph, Illinois, Grindley is a lifelong Fighting Illini fan.
