Maddie joined Illinois Athletics Business Office in November 2021. She is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, taxable benefits, insurance related issues, and has oversight over payroll transactions.

She is a native of Central Illinois and earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of Illinois. Fink then went on to receive her CPA and worked in Public Accounting, specializing in Audit and Tax, prior to joining the U of I.
