Education:
Acton earned bachelor’s degree in recreation, sport, and tourism management from the University of Illinois in 2014. He completed his master’s in sport management at UIUC in 2016.

Past Experience:
Acton joined the Illinois Ticket Office as a student worker/customer service representative in the fall of 2011. After interning with the Chicago I FUND office during the 2014 spring semester, he served as a graduate assistant in the ticket office during the 2014-15 school year. In April 2015, he was promoted to an assistant ticket manager.
