Education:
Johnson is a graduate of Monticello High School. She is a State of Illinois Licensed Cosmetologist, Math and English at Parkland (former part-time student) and has successfully completed the CAPA (Certified Accounts Payable Associate) program.

Job Responsibilities:
Johnson works closely with the staff of the State Farm Center, DIA Business Office and DIA Sports Tech, as well as other various DIA departments and assists them with questions and any requests that they have. Routes contracts through the ICS system, accounts payable, which includes processing requisitions for purchase orders, submits purchase order invoices for payments, and TEM payment processing. Orders supplies/equipment through Banner and IBUY, arranges travel and process travel reimbursements, inputs order logs and process payments via PCARD, assists in working with SFC's student group Star Course, organizes and takes meeting minutes for SFC's Student Advisory Committee, submits parking and merchandise sales deposits for basketball and shows, is a liaison between DIA/SFC and University Purchasing, Payables departments, and outside vendors/customers, assists HR with the new hire portal process for SFC, enters data into Quickbook's for monthly reports, trains new staff on standing purchase orders, journal vouchers processing, updates and keeps current on pass lists for shows and Men's and Women's Basketball, is the main contact for door proxy access for SFC and records those changes on BOX, route mail, keeps filing organized, processes excel spreadsheets and keeps up to date billing information for the transfer between DIA and SFC on a monthly basis, runs Kronos payroll reports for billing, requests cash and payments for SFC shows, completes statements for SFC, and other duties as assigned.

Personal:
Johnson and her husband, Brett, reside with their son, Christian, in Sidney. They enjoy their time with family and friends. One of her passions is volunteering and fostering for Cavalier Rescue USA. They have two Cavaliers (Lincoln and Penny), and one cat (Louie). Her favorite past time is lounging by a pool/beach or shopping at boutiques for unique items.
