CHAMPAIGN - Andres Feliz scored 20 points in Illinois' 83-67 win against Illinois Wesleyan on Friday night at State Farm Center.
Feliz, a junior from Guazhupita, Dominican Republic, shot 8-of-12 from the field in 24 minutes to lead the Fighting Illini in its lone exhibition game of the season.
Sophomore Trent Frazier added 19 points - including three 3-pointers.
Five-star freshman Ayo Dosunmu chipped in 13 points in his first game in an Illinois uniform.
The Fighting Illini opens the regular season on Thursday at home against Evansville at 7 pm.Â
