Education:
Potvin earned bachelor's degrees in communications and tourism management from the University of Illinois. She went on to earn a master's degree in sport management from UI as well.

Job Responsibilities:
Potvin oversees event operations for Illinois men's and women's tennis, women's gymnastics and soccer.

Past Experience:

Potvin got her start as a student in the Event Management Student Ambassador program as well as running ITF and ATP tournaments at the Atkins Tennis Center. She has worked for the Walt Disney Company as well as the US Open Tennis Championships and is now full time with the Event Management Team.

Personal:
Potvin is a native of Oswego, Ill.
