Education:
Kaltwasser graduated from McKendree University in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She then went on to purse her master's degree in college student personnel from Bowling Green State University in 2020.

Job Responsibilities:
Kaltwasser serves the academic counselor for women's golf, men's and women's gymnastics, and wrestling. Her responsibilities include monitoring the academic progress of student-athletes through one-on-one advising, helping with freshmen study hall, preparing weekly grade reports, and completing specific projects as needed. She previously worked on the staff as an assistant academic counselor for football and men's basketball. 

Past Experience:
Prior to Illinois Kaltwasser worked as a graduate assistant for student athlete services at Bowling Green State University. For those two years, she worked specifically with football and softball student-athletes. She was also the co-advisor for student athlete advisory committee and facilitated BGSU's We Are One Team (WA1T): Team Player Program (diversity and inclusion initiative). 

Personal:
Kaltwasser is a native of Belleville, IL. During her time at McKendree University she was apart of the women's soccer team that won back to back GLVC Conference Championships during her junior and senior seasons.
