Joines graduated from the University of Illinois in 2021 with a degree in political science.

Past Experience:
Joines was a development officer at Utah prior to rejoining the Illini. At Utah, he served as the point of contact for 3,300 Crimson Club members in their annual fund and ticketing needs. Joines was tasked with increasing donor revenues while bringing in new donors and helped raise nearly $500,000 for the Crimson through seat contributions and general donations.
