Born March 19, 2007... Daughter of Michael and Kristin Schumacher... Has one sister, Elaina... Chose Illinois because "The emphasis on not just athletics, but also academics. The academic programs align with what I want to do for my future and will give me countless opportunities. I want to swim for Illinois to help make an impact and continue to build the house with these amazing ladies and energetic coaches. Combined with the closeness to my family and the beautiful campus, I felt right at home."
