Illinois Baseball Announces Four Games on 2026 Fall Schedule

CHAMPAIGN, Ill. – Illinois baseball announced its 2026 fall ball schedule on Tuesday as the Fighting Illini are set to play four games this fall. All four contests will be played away from home, with two slated for the Chicagoland area.
The Illini will begin the fall with a matchup against Miami (Ohio) in Kokomo, Ind., on Sept. 13 before facing Indiana State on the road in Terre Haute, Ind., on Sept. 26.
The Orange and Blue open the month of October with a road trip to Chicago as the Illini take on UIC on Oct. 4. Illinois will conclude its fall slate on Oct. 10 against Wake Forest, with the game location to be announced at a later date.
The Illini feature 20 newcomers on their 2026-27 roster, while head Dan Hartleb heads into his 22nd season at the helm of the program.
