LOS ANGELES – No. 14 Illinois fell to USC, 4-1, in Los Angeles in its final regular-season road match of 2026.
Wins on Courts 2 and 3 helped the Trojans take the doubles point.
After USC took four of six opening sets in singles play, the home side went ahead 3-0 with victories on Courts 1 and 5.
Illinois' lone triumph came at No. 2 singles, with Gabriel Debru picking up his second ranked decision of the weekend with a 6-2, 7-5 win over No. 64-ranked Nathan Trouve.
The Trojans clinched their victory shortly after on Court 3.
