CHAMPAIGN, Ill. – Brian Campbell takes center stage this week at Pebble Beach following a busy weekend that included strong showings from Thomas Detry and Thomas Pieters at LIV Golf's season opener.
PGA TOUR
Brian Campbell is set to tee off in AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am at Pebble Beach Golf Links in Pebble Beach, California. He will tee off in the tournament for the second time in his career, after missing the cut at the event in 2017.
Fellow former Illini D.A. Points claimed the title at Pebble Beach in 2011, the first of his three career victories.
Campbell made his first cut of the season last week at the WM Phoenix Open, finishing T54 at TPC Scottsdale.
LIV GOLF
Thomas Pieters and Thomas Detry began their first season as teammates with 4Aces Golf Club with a bang at the LIV Golf season-opener in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The duo combined for a pair of individual top-10s while leading the 4Aces to a third-place team finish.
Pieters finished tied for fourth while Detry posted a seventh-place showing in his LIV Golf debut.
This week, they travel to Australia where they will be back in action at LIV Golf Adelaide at The Grange Golf Club.
