CHAMPAIGN, Ill. – Five former Fighting Illini standouts are set to tee off this week on the PGA TOUR and Korn Ferry Tour.
PGA TOUR
Adrien Dumont de Chassart is back in action for his fifth start of the 2025 PGA TOUR season at the Cognizant Classic in The Palm Beaches, at PGA National Golf Club's Champion Course in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.
Dumont de Chassart is looking for his third made cut of the season after opening the year with a T24 at the Sony Open and a 69th-place finish at The American Express in January.
This marks his second time playing in The Cognizant Classic after missing the cut in his first visit in 2024.
KORN FERRY TOUR
Four former Illini – Jackson Buchanan, Michael Feagles, Luke Guthrie, and Nick Hardy – are in action at the 119 Visa Argentina Open at the Jockey Club in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
For Buchanan, Feagles, and Hardy it marks their fifth event of the season. Buchanan and Feagles are each in search of their third made cut, while Hardy looks for his fourth in five events to open the year.
Guthrie is making his first start of the 2026 season, but is playing in the event for the second straight season after a T49 finish last year.
Feagles is currently 77th on the Korn Ferry Tour points list, followed by Hardy (83), Buchanan (101), and Guthrie (139).
