CAMBRIDGE, Mass. // FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The No. 1 women's and No. 13 men's track and field teams completed two meets on Saturday (Feb. 14). Triple jumpers Mercy Honesty and Zavien Wolfe both set new personal-best triple jumps and are No. 2 in the program record book.
TYSON INVITATIONAL
For the second meet in a row Wolfe set a new PR in the triple jump this time improving to 16.46m (54-0) which not only is the second-best mark in the program record book but it's the No. 6 in the NCAA for the 2026 season.
Honesty moved herself up to the second-best mark in the women's triple jump leaderboard when she leapt 13.52m (44-4 1/4) in today's competition which is the new No. 3 in the NCAA. Over in the high jump Emma Haeggblom made her debut in the program's top-10 list when she cleared 1.80m (5-10 3/4) which is the new 10th-best mark in school history.

Pol Molins placed ninth in the 800m (1:51.98).

The Illinois track and field teams return to action on Friday (Feb. 20) for the Illini Last Chance meet in the UI Armory.
