13 year-old Elizabeth Weidner was diagnosed nearly two years ago with stage four Neuroblastoma cancer. On Saturday, she became an honorary #Illini cheerleader.
Her parents say Weidner's love of the sport -- and the college -- runs deep.
"From the time she was little she had a U of I cheerleading uniform."
